totally shagged.
today's the weigh in.
6pm at Hotel Royal and this is the first meeting with the competitors from the other countries.

met dex yest,wanted to go for jujitsu training but decided not to in the end,
went to NUS and ran 5km and went gyming after that..
by the end of it,i was totally wrecked..
heh..
he had to pratically drag me and carry me home this morning...


and for those who have been asking me..


2nd World Kuoshou Championship
10-11 Nov
8am-8pm @ Rebublic Poly(woodlands)

its an international competition,
18 countries involved..
Eg: Brazil,Switz,South Africa,Egypt..blah blah..
so yep..
do pray for Singapore and hope that the other countries wont over power us..

and pray for me that i'll be in one piece by the end of the competition..
